Terms and Conditions

Many of our products are specialist and therefore a “normal” return policy may not be possible.

As a guide

1.   Goods damaged in transit etc. You need to let us know immediately that the goods have been damaged. If the packing is damaged then you must note this on the carriers receipt.

2. Engines cannot be returned. That is why it is important that we talk with you about your purchase and that you are happy that you have chosen the right model. We do not sell engines online and if the engine develops a fault then it is covered under warranty by the manufacturer.

3. Parts ordered in especially for you. Again it is not possible to return parts that have been consigned from Evinrude direct to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct part.

4. Parts we have in stock. If we have something in our inventory you may return it within 7 days in an used condition and in its original condition. A full refund will be given.
